Who said that models are essential in a fashion show? Especially, when your products are in every streets of our cities. This is what URANIUM crew had in mind for their presentation at the 2011 edition of the Fashion Jam, held down in Quebec City this week end. They simply stole the show! If I could only mentioned one point, I wish the actual product shots were appearing a little slower or bigger. The video totally serves the concept but doesn’t do as much for the actual product. But still, the impact is there! Long live to Uranium!

Qui a dit que les modèles sont indispensables dans un défilé de mode? Surtout, lorsque vos produits parcourent les rues de nos villes à chaque jour. C'est ce que l’équipe de chez URANIUM avait en tête pour leur présentation de l'édition 2011 du Fashion Jam. Un évènement qui s'est tenue à Québec cette fin de semaine. Ils ont tout simplement volé la vedette! Un seul point à mentionner par contre, j’aurais souhaiter voir les produits un peu plus longtemps. La vidéo sert totalement le concept, mais n’en fait pas autant pour le produitl. Par contre, je ne peux nier la force de l’impact visuel! Longue vie à l’uranium!

Here is a new band I recently discovered by browsing on Needles and Sins blog (thanks by the way). I really the country, bluegrass, swing, gypsy vibe of the music and the lyrics are awesome (not only for this song but for the rest of the album as well). The video was shot at the Painted Lady Tattoo Parlor.

Voici un nouveau groupe que j’ai récemment découvert en feuilletant, si je puis dire, le blog ‘’Needles and Sins’’ (merci à vous). J’adore le son qui est un heureux mélange de country, bluegrass, gypsy et swing. Les paroles sont tout aussi impressionnantes et pas seulement pour cette chanson, le reste de l’album est aussi à son image. Le vidéo à été filmé au ‘’Painted Lady Tattoo Parlor’’.
